We’re glad you’re taking Gatsby out for a spin! Opt into your free 14-day trial of our Professional plan here. Once the trial period has ended, you’ll receive a prompt on your screen when you sign in informing you that your trial has expired. You’ll then be able to choose which plan you’d like to continue with. If a plan isn’t selected, you’ll automatically be put onto our Free Plan.
We accept credit cards, invoices, and ACH.
Features
Owner: The person who created the Workspace on Gatsby Cloud is the Owner. An Owner can edit the Workspace, manage billing, and invite/manage Members.
Admin: An admin can edit the Workspace, manage billing, and invite/manage Members.
Editor: An Editor can create, view, and modify sites. They can’t manage billing or other Members.
Viewer: A Viewer can only view sites. They can’t create or modify sites.

What you do during your pairing sessions is completely up to you! Your Gatsby Success Manager will work with you each quarter to identify your top priorities and ensure the pairing sessions cover what is most valuable to your team.
Our customers typically ask for code reviews to achieve the best possible front end and build performance, feature planning and scoping such as adding web forms, and implementation to ensure you’re transitioning to Gatsby in the best way possible.
Gatsby’s Concierge team provides hands-on support, beyond what you would expect from a company’s support team. Think of Concierge as having a Tech Lead as a service—you’ll get architectural advice, pairing sessions, and business reviews.
Your Gatsby Tech Lead will sit down with your team and demo Gatsby’s new features: how they work, common use cases, and tricks for implementation.
Examples of training include, but are not limited to; “How to implement the new Script and Head components in your Gatsby site” and “How to migrate to the Gatsby Cloud ImageCDN.”
Your Gatsby Tech Lead and Gatsby Success Manager will help your team get set up and running on Gatsby Cloud. During this time, they will set up Gatsby Preview, Builds, Hosting, and assist in DNS migration for go live.
